Set up is free and normally completed within 48hrs (if call diversion is already supplied by your telecom provider - if not it will depend on their time scales)

Once set up you are free to leave your desk at anytime, ignore the phone whilst with a customer, cover staff holiday and unplanned for periods of sickness, etc. - all with no notice required
